Users may request deletion of their BabyInsight account and any associated personal data using one of the methods described below.
Option 1:
Open the BabyInsight mobile application, go to Settings, and
select Delete Account.
Option 2:
Send an account deletion request from the email address associated with your
BabyInsight account to
apps@taifaljoud.com.
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Images uploaded to the application are used solely for analysis purposes and are not stored. All images are automatically deleted immediately after processing.
Some non-personal or legally required records (such as transaction records required for compliance purposes) may be retained where legally necessary.
